Project: Create a new website for Donald Rocha.

Donald Rocha contacted me regarding creating a website for his campaign for election as District 9's councilmember. This was a basic site created with "room to grow" in the future as the campaign energy picks up.

The site incorporated HTML, Flash and image editing.
